Post Circuit Breaker with Rainbow!

Today I tried a "new dish" and it was well liked by the family so jotting down the recipe before I forgot. I got half the recipe from online and the other half was self-improvised.  Ingredients Minced garlic Scallion  Ginger Onion Tofu Chicken - marinate with 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar and dash of pepper for about 20-30mins Sauce Water 1/2 cup salt 1/4 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp potato starch 1/2 tsp light soy sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1tbsp dark soy sauce 1tsp  Steps  1. Fry the tofu to golden on both sides. Set aside.  2.  Fry the ginger first. Then add onions. 3. Add minced garlic and white part of scallion. 4. Add in chicken and stir fry until the chicken looks mostly cooked 5. Then add in the tofu. Stir fry for a bit. 6. Add in the green part of scallion. Followed by the sauce. 7. Simmer and cook for a while 8. Turn off the heat and stir well with sesame oil
